Kirsten Price's Brixton to Brooklyn cd is exciting.  One of the best pop cds that we've heard this year.  The entire CD is powerfully sung with songs that are simple and straightforward in lyrical content.  So while it won't challenge you mentally its sweet simplicity affords you the oportunity to fully sink into Kirsten's wonderful voice.  The CD is also a testament to masterful producing and mixing.  Brixton to Brooklyn is 9 tracks of pop greatness with slight R&B undertones. 

PMR is "delighted" with the "very impressive" Brixton To Brooklyn.

"Sometimes artists slip under the radar.. The album is full of power pop/ rock floor fillers which makes this an album you will put on repeat.. very impressive... She has one amazing talent there and she gets extra brownie points in my book because it is not often the artist writes the entire album. Also the vocals are superb I even enjoyed the ballad Keep Moving. The only drawback with this album is that it’s too short. Once you reach the end of Press That Button you are left wanting more as your first listen to Brixton To Brooklyn is over in a flash because you enjoyed it so much."

Uh Oh!  The latest cut from Kirsten Price's upcoming release to pop up in a TV show is a steamy thumping uptempo cut called "Take Me To The Top" which will air on the season premiere of Bad Girls Club on Tuesday August 3rd at 9/8C.  For the first time, the fifth season of "Bad Girls Club" travels south to the hot beaches of Miami. The new batch of seven self-proclaimed "Bad Girls" live together with similarly explosive personalities, resulting in constant clashing between housemates. Besides hitting the trendy South Beach clubs, these "Bad Girls" are ready to take it up a notch -- with manipulative backstabbing friendships, in-house love triangles, exotic trips to the Caribbean, unexpected alliances and endless mind games. The song will air right at the top of the show at 1:30 seconds in.  Turn on, tune in and let us know what you think!

The wait is over: triple threat British singer/ writer/ producer phenomenon Kirsten Price™ delivers a knockout with the first single "With Or Without You" taken from her much anticipated upcoming sophomore release 'Brixton To Brooklyn'.

Here is a juicy 30 second teaser along with the sexy single cover unveiled. The track will be debuted in full next month..





Slated for it's US release on September 7, 2010, 'Brixton To Brooklyn' marks a significant departure from the lush soundscapes of her first album that prompted Billboard magazine to herald her as a "new star".
